🛠️ Official Manufacturer’s Warranty
For brands for which we are official stockists, HEY WATCH provides a manufacturer’s warranty, typically lasting 1, 2, or 3 years. Please refer to the warranty booklet included with your watch for detailed information on what is covered. If your watch develops a fault within the warranty period, you must send it directly to the manufacturer for repair or replacement. Please note that you will be responsible for the postage fees, and we recommend using a tracked shipping service. See the ‘Warranty Exclusions’ section below for defects that are not typically covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.
🕰️ HEY WATCH Warranty
For brands we stock as third-party sellers, we offer our own standard 2-year warranty, unless otherwise stated on the timepiece. If your watch develops a fault during this period, you may return it to us for repair, replacement, or a full refund.
- If the fault occurs within 30 days of your order date, we will cover the postage costs.
- If the fault arises after 30 days, the customer is responsible for postage fees.
Repairs typically take 7-14 working days. Our warranty covers movement-related defects, such as the watch gaining or losing time abnormally or failing to keep time correctly. However, external damage to the watch is not covered under our warranty.
📦 Warranty Coverage
For products purchased within 14 days that are found to be defective, our standard policy is to replace or refund the product in full, provided the issue is not listed under the warranty exclusions.
For products purchased outside of 14 days, we will repair the item. If a repair is not possible, we will provide a replacement.
❌ Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not cover any damage caused by water or moisture. Additionally, it does not cover any damage to the following parts:
- Watch case
- Crystal/glass
- Watch bracelet/band
- Watch bezel
- Straps
- Screws
- Crown/stem
- Finishes
- Clasps/buckles
- Any other physical damage to the watch
Furthermore, our warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear from daily use
- Any external damage, including scratches, dents, or cracks
- Defects caused by outside forces, improper use, or accidental damage
- Missing or lost stones/gems (cosmetic issues)
- Damage caused by exceeding water resistance guidelines
- Damage due to unscrewed crowns on water-resistant watches
- Damage from strap adjustments, especially on ceramic watches
