1. Are your watches authentic?
Yes, 100%. All our watches are genuine and sourced directly from official distributors and reputable wholesalers. We do not sell replicas or unboxed items.
2. Do your watches come with original packaging?
Yes. All our watches are brand new and come in their official packaging. You can see a packaging example on each product page.
3. Why are your prices lower than in stores?

4. Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes. Every watch comes with a 1–3 year manufacturer’s warranty or our 2-year in-house warranty for selected brands. It covers mechanical and manufacturing defects.

Yes, all listed watches are in stock and ready to ship from our logistics centers.
6. Who do you use for shipping?
We ship via trusted carriers like DHL, UPS or local services, depending on your location. All orders are tracked and insured.
7. What if I’m not home during delivery?
Carriers will attempt delivery and leave instructions for redelivery or pickup if you're unavailable. You’ll receive tracking updates via email or SMS.
8. Will I have to pay import fees or taxes?
Possibly. Import duties or taxes may apply depending on your country’s customs policies. These fees are your responsibility.
9. Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship worldwide with full tracking and insurance.
10. My order hasn’t arrived yet — what should I do?

11. What if my watch is defective or stops working?
Contact us. We’ll inspect the watch and offer a repair or refund if a defect is confirmed. Please use a tracked shipping service for returns.
12. What if I don’t like the watch I received?
You can return it within 14 days if it’s unworn and in original packaging. Contact us for return authorization.
13. When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after your return is inspected. During busy seasons, delays may occur.
