Return and Exchange Policy
At HEY WATCH, your satisfaction is our priority. We offer a 14-day return and exchange policy under the following conditions.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Please contact our customer service to initiate a return or exchange request. Returns must be validated and approved before shipping. Upon approval, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct return instructions.
Important: Do not send returns to our Wilmington office. Unauthorized returns will be refused and returned to sender.
Return and Exchange Eligibility
- Products must be in new condition with original packaging.
- All packaging materials, manuals, and accessories must be included.
- Returns must be initiated within 14 days from delivery.
- Products must not show signs of wear, missing parts, or removed tags/seals.
Return Shipping Fees and Restocking Fees
- Return shipping cost: CHF 20 (unless the item is incorrect or defective).
- Restocking fee: 10% of the product price (unless the return is due to our error).
Return shipping remains the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Refund Policy
Before Shipment
If you cancel before shipment, you will receive a full refund with no restocking fee.
After Shipment
Refunds are processed within 72 hours after receiving and inspecting the returned item. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank.
Non-Refundable Items
- Products showing signs of use or damage.
- Items missing packaging, warranty cards, manuals, or accessories.
- Customized or engraved products.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your package is lost in transit, please contact the carrier first. If unresolved after 21 business days, contact us at support@hey-watch.com to arrange for a refund or replacement.
Chargebacks and Return Process
Chargebacks during the return process invalidate the return. If a chargeback was initiated, it must be canceled before proceeding with a return or refund.
Customer Responsibility
The customer is responsible for ensuring that returned products are securely packaged and shipped with a tracking service. HEY WATCH is not liable for lost or damaged returns.
